Dr. Miller earned his medical degree at the University of Miami (UOM), School of Medicine. He remained at UM to complete his orthopaedic residency at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, where he was both Chief Resident of Orthopaedic Surgery and Chief Administrative Resident.
